  Attorney David McCue
Mr. McCue's practice focuses on commercial litigation including business disputes, trade secret litigation, and confidential and proprietary matters. It also includes securities arbitrations and litigation. Commercial litigation also involves employment law matters, as well as products liability defense. His practice has extended to litigation in both federal and state courts and to federal multi-district litigation. Significant legal representation includes defense of railroads in FELA litigation, defense of aviation entities including aviation disasters, and regulatory matters.

Representation of physicians and health care facilities in medical negligence claims, in peer review matters, as personal counsel for physicians and their practices, and in mass torts is also a significant portion of Mr. McCue's varied practice. Medical matters involve both litigation and transactional issues for physicians and their practices.
